Appendicitis at 13 Weeks of Gestation Presenting with Suprapubic Pain: A Case Diagnosed by Ultrasonography and MRI

Abstract
症例は29歳，妊娠13週の経産婦．臍下部痛を主訴に外来受診した．発熱はなく，臍下部の圧痛と打診痛を認め，かかと落とし試験およびPsoas徴候が陽性であった．腹部超音波検査で虫垂腫大を疑い，単純MRIで内側に偏位し腫大した虫垂を確認し，急性虫垂炎と診断した．単純性虫垂炎と判断し，手術治療として虫垂切除術を施行した．母児ともに良好な経過を得た．
