Abstract
Background
Single incretin receptor agonists, such as semaglutide, are associated with improved postoperative outcomes after arthroscopic rotator cuff repair (ARCR) in diabetic patients. Dual incretin receptor agonism may differ from single glucagon-like peptide-1 receptor agonists (GLP-1) receptor agonism in its effects on postoperative recovery, but comparative outcomes after ARCR have not been investigated.
