Abstract
Background
Entamoeba histolytica agent that causes amebiasis, and causes major morbidity and mortality worldwide. As a result, early identification of pathogenic (E.histolytica ) from nonpathogenic (E.dispar/E.moshkovskii) is critical in the clinical therapy of amebiasis. Molecular-based technology has been identified as a viable technique for the diagnosis and epidemiological assessment of amebiasis. As these techniques are delicate and easy to execute, discriminate pathogenic from nonpathogenic Entamoeba species.
