Abstract
The production cross-sections of 55,56,57 Co, 52g Fe, 52g,54 Mn, 48,51 Cr, and 48 V from nat Fe(p,x) reactions were determined at the Korea Multi-purpose Accelerator Complex (KOMAC) for proton energies up to 100 MeV. Stacked-foil irradiations were followed by off-line γ-ray spectrometry using an HPGe detector. The proton beam flux was determined using the 27 Al(p,x) 24 Na monitor reaction. The present data combined with our earlier measurements using a 57 MeV proton beam provide excitation functions covering the energy range from the reaction thresholds up to 100 MeV. The excitation functions obtained in this study are generally consistent with the available experimental data in the literature, whereas the level of agreement with the TENDL-2025 evaluated nuclear data library varies depending on the radionuclide and proton energy region.
