Abstract
Postpartum maternal mental health has become an important global public health issue due to its impact on mothers, infants, and families. This study aimed to map the intellectual structure, thematic evolution, and research trends of postpartum maternal mental health support programs using bibliometric analysis. Data were retrieved from the Scopus database and screened using the PRISMA framework. Bibliometric mapping and visualization were conducted using VOSviewer to analyze publication trends, keyword co-occurrence, citation patterns, collaboration networks, and thematic development from 2000 to 2026. The findings showed a substantial increase in publications, particularly after 2018, indicating growing global attention to maternal mental health. Prevention, intervention, digital health, integrated care, and family-centered support emerged as dominant themes. Research productivity was concentrated in high-income countries, while developing countries remained underrepresented. The field has evolved from epidemiological screening toward multidisciplinary, evidence-based, and technology-supported maternal mental healthcare. Future research should prioritize culturally adaptive and scalable interventions, particularly in low-resource settings.
