Besser reproduzierbare Experimente durch rekombinante Antikörper
By Stefan Dübel, Esther Veronika Wenzel and Michael Hust.
Abstract
Abstract The use of antibody reagents in research that have not or could not be adequately characterized often led to the publication of incorrect or misleading results. In contrast to the still predominant animal serum products, sequence-defined recombinant antibodies provide unlimited future reproducibility of experimental data and also have the advantage of completely eliminating the need for animals in antibody production.
