Abstract
ABSTRACT A 13‐year‐old girl presented with 4 months of recurrent projectile vomiting and weight loss without diarrhea. Investigations confirmed hypochloraemic metabolic alkalosis, strongly positive coeliac serology, nutritional deficiency, and biopsy‐proven Marsh–Oberhuber Grade 3C total villous atrophy. A strict gluten‐free diet resulted in clinical resolution and histological recovery to Marsh Grade 1.
