Role of Retroperitoneal Lymph Node Dissection in Clinical Stage IIA/B Seminoma: Recommendations from the European Association of Urology Guidelines Panel on Testicular Cancer
Abstract
We summarize the evidence on nerve-sparing retroperitoneal lymph node dissection for clinical stage IIA/B seminoma. When performed by expert surgeons, this procedure offers a chemotherapy-free survival rate of 80-85% with low morbidity.
