Abstract

儿童周期性呕吐综合征（CVS）患病率高，因其反复发作影响正常生活、学习，并致生长发育障碍，严重影响患儿生活质量及心理健康，加重家庭经济负担。然而目前儿童CVS的临床治疗有待规范，部分临床用药属于超适应证用药，缺乏循证学证据支持，我国尚无儿童CVS相关指南。因此，中华医学会儿科学分会消化学组、中华儿科杂志编辑委员会组织专家制订了“儿童周期性呕吐综合征治疗指南（2025）”，旨在指导和规范我国儿童CVS的临床治疗实践。.
