Abstract
2型糖尿病（T2DM）是由于外周组织胰岛素抵抗、胰岛β细胞功能缺陷或失代偿，从而导致高血糖的一种代谢紊乱。近年儿童 T2DM患病率不断上升，制订既符合国际指南制订标准又符合中国儿童需求的T2DM诊疗指南是临床实践的迫切要求。本指南由中华医学会儿科学分会内分泌遗传代谢学组发起，就我国儿童T2DM临床诊疗较为关注的4个主要临床问题，给出了较为详细的循证推荐，旨在提高儿童 T2DM诊疗的科学性和规范性。.
