Abstract
妊娠晚期促子宫颈成熟与引产是产科临床工作中重要的组成部分。中华医学会妇产科学分会产科学组于2008年发布了《妊娠晚期促宫颈成熟与引产指南（草案）》，并在2014年进行了修订，为产科临床工作提供了有效的理论依据和实践指导。时隔10年，产科学组在原有指南基础上，先后进行3轮德尔菲法推荐意见调查，结合国内外近年来的循证证据及指南共识制定本指南，对产科医师关注的13个临床问题进行了推荐，以期为促子宫颈成熟和引产工作提供可靠的医学建议。.
