Abstract
朗格罕细胞组织细胞增生症（LCH）是由髓系前体细胞克隆性扩增引起的炎性肿瘤性疾病，是儿童最常见的组织细胞增生性疾病，严重威胁儿童健康。早期诊断、有效治疗和规范化随访是LCH患儿良好预后的关键。“儿童朗格罕细胞组织细胞增生症诊断及治疗指南（2026）”由中华医学会儿科学分会血液学组、中国儿童组织细胞疾病协作组和中华儿科杂志编辑委员会共同发起，针对儿童LCH临床诊疗关键问题检索证据并形成科学推荐意见，旨在指导临床医师制订儿童LCH诊疗决策，改善患儿远期预后。.
