Abstract
发育性协调障碍（DCD）是一种常见的神经发育障碍性疾病，影响儿童的身心健康。我国DCD的诊疗体系尚处于起步阶段，评估手段和诊断标准缺乏统一性，基层儿科和儿童保健医师在早期识别和筛查方面缺乏有效工具。为应对上述问题，中华预防医学会儿童保健分会、中国妇幼保健协会儿童早期发展专业委员会联合中国康复医学会儿童康复专业委员会发育性协调障碍学组组织相关专家，基于现有证据制订“儿童发育性协调障碍的筛查、评估和诊断指南（2025）”，旨在帮助临床医师更好地识别、评估及诊断DCD。.
