Abstract
儿童代谢功能障碍相关脂肪性肝病（MASLD）是儿童慢性肝病的主要原因之一。为规范儿童MASLD的诊疗，中华医学会儿科学分会消化学组、中国儿童慢性肝病协作组及中华儿科杂志编辑委员会组织多学科专家，在系统回顾国内外最新研究进展和指南共识的基础上，制订了“儿童代谢功能障碍相关脂肪性肝病诊治专家共识（2025）”，旨在为儿童MASLD的诊断和治疗提供科学、规范的临床指导建议，提高我国儿童MASLD的诊疗水平。.
