Abstract

儿童社区获得性细菌性脑膜炎（CABM）是由各种化脓菌感染引起的非医源性中枢神经系统的细菌感染性疾病，儿童多见，严重威胁着儿童的健康成长。早期精准诊断、规范治疗是儿童CABM诊治管理过程中的关键。本指南针对CABM的早期识别、诊断与病原学送检、影像学检查、抗菌药物治疗等重要临床问题开展研究证据检索，并形成科学意见推荐，以规范临床医师在CABM临床诊断实践中的行为，改善患儿预后，减轻家庭及社会疾病负担。.
