Abstract
在重症患者中，早期康复的益处日益受到关注，我国儿童重症康复领域尚处于起步阶段。为满足临床实践需求，中华医学会儿科学分会康复学组联合中华医学会儿科学分会急救学组，组织国内专家制订“儿童重症早期康复介入的临床实践指南（2025）”。指南从儿童重症康复的可行性和重症患儿常见系统功能障碍的早期康复两方面展开讨论，基于现有证据和循证方法，针对10个关键问题提出推荐意见，为儿童重症康复实践提供参考。.
