钙调磷酸酶抑制剂（CNI）类药物属免疫抑制剂，主要应用的药物为环孢素A和他克莫司。钙调磷酸酶抑制剂已临床用于治疗多种儿童肾小球疾病。为规范CNI类药物在儿童肾小球疾病领域的应用，中华医学会儿科学分会肾脏学组结合我国实际情况，制订本临床实践指南，旨在为相关医疗卫生人员提供科学的CNI类药物用药参考和指导，提高肾脏病患儿管理质量。.
