Abstract
儿童代谢综合征的早期筛查指标、药物及代谢手术减重的疗效和安全性是值得高度关注的问题。为规范儿科医师对儿童代谢综合征的筛查和临床治疗，中华医学会儿科学分会内分泌遗传代谢学组联合中国临床实践指南联盟制订儿童代谢综合征临床防治指南的制订，应用“推荐分级的评估、制订与评价”方法对当前最佳证据进行系统性梳理与评价，在儿童代谢综合征的早期筛查、药物与代谢手术治疗等关键问题上生成推荐意见，为广大儿科临床医生提供实践指导。.
