Abstract
近年来，随着二代测序等高通量技术的广泛应用，乳腺癌分型愈加精细，越来越多的生物标志物用于临床实践，为个体化治疗策略的制定提供了坚实的基础。然而，目前乳腺癌生物标志物在检测流程、质量控制及结果解读等方面仍存在地区和机构间差异。因此，中华医学会病理学分会联合中国抗癌协会乳腺癌专业委员会及国家病理质控中心，组织临床、病理、分子检测等领域专家，基于临床研究进展和最新循证医学证据，制定本指南，旨在规范乳腺癌生物标志物检测流程，提升诊断一致性，促进分子病理在临床实践中的规范应用。.
