Abstract
近6年来，心力衰竭（心衰）的治疗特别是药物治疗取得较多突破性进展，慢性心衰的分类、心衰及其合并症的治疗方法等也在不断更新。为将这些成果应用到我国心衰患者诊治中，进一步提高我国心衰的诊疗水平，中华医学会心血管病学分会、中国医师协会心血管内科医师分会、中国医师协会心力衰竭专业委员会、中华心血管病杂志编辑委员会组织相关专家，根据国内外最新临床研究成果，结合我国国情及临床实践，并参考最新国外心衰指南，在保持既往《中国心力衰竭诊断和治疗指南2018》基本框架的基础上，对心衰领域新共识和有循证医学证据的诊治方法进行全面更新。.
