Abstract

中国儿童原发性免疫性血小板减少症诊断与治疗改编指南（2021版）是由中华医学会儿科学分会血液组、中华儿科杂志编辑委员会于2020年5月共同发起，在高质量国际循证指南基础上，采用ADAPTE方法对近十年儿童ITP指南进行全面检索、评价、遴选和整合，增加了中国高质量证据并遵循现有指南改编理论框架形成的改编指南。本指南涵盖了有关儿童ITP诊断和治疗方面的12个临床问题，形成24条推荐意见，旨在指导和规范我国儿童ITP的临床诊疗实践。.
