Scoring guidelines (specifically the intent statements) for selected laboratory standards have been revised. The changes become effective for surveys conducted after January 1, 1995. Additions are indicated below by underlining, and deletions are shown by strikeout. [These revised scoring guidelines are printed on perforated pages for easy removal and insertion in the Accreditation Manual for Pathology and Clinical Laboratory Services (LSM)]
