Resumen
Objective
To evaluate the accuracy of dynamic navigation-guided dental implantation system across different alveolar ridge inclinations.
Materials and methods
This retrospective study included 34 patients (120 implants) who underwent dynamic navigation-assisted dental implantation between January 2021 and December 2025. Deviations at the entry point of the initial drill and pilot drill were recorded to analyze the influence of alveolar ridge inclination on surgical accuracy. Preoperative and postoperative cone-beam computed tomography (CBCT) scans were automatically superimposed using specialized software to calculate deviations between planned and actual implant positions. Angular, entry point, and apex deviations were measured in both two-dimensional and three-dimensional measurements.
