Introduction
Preterm birth (< 37 weeks) causes high neonatal mortality, with respiratory distress syndrome (RDS) as a major complication due to surfactant deficiency. Surfactant administered via several methods. This study compares effectiveness and complications of two different methods of surfactant therapy.
