Abstract
Background
Urinary antigen tests allow rapid diagnosis of community-acquired pneumonia (CAP) caused by Streptococcus pneumoniae and Legionella pneumophila. We compared the automated LIAISON® chemiluminescence immunoassay (CLIA) with the Sofia® fluorescence immunoassay (FIA).
