Background
Refractory Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia (RMPP) poses a significant therapeutic challenge in pediatric practice, and the optimal corticosteroid regimen remains controversial. This study aimed to compare the clinical efficacy and safety of three corticosteroid regimens in children with RMPP.
