Abstract / Summary
Cavitary lung lesions are commonly attributed to infection; however, malignancy should remain a diagnostic consideration. We report a 30-year-old non-smoking man with a history of treated Hodgkin lymphoma who presented with a cavitary pulmonary adenocarcinoma. This case highlights the importance of considering rare malignant causes.
