Background
Delayed bleeding and artificial-ulcer healing are important clinical concerns after gastric endoscopic submucosal dissection (ESD). Vonoprazan rapidly suppresses gastric acid, but its efficacy relative to proton pump inhibitors (PPIs) remains uncertain.
