Relevance: Women with advanced cervical cancer often experience pain, fatigue, emotional distress, social isolation, and financial strain, particularly in settings where palliative care remains difficult to access. Comprehensive palliative care integrates symptom management with psychological, social, and spiritual support. The study aimed to review evidence on the epidemiology and symptoms of advanced cervical cancer, examine current palliative care approaches and barriers to access, and identify measures that may improve patients’ quality of life.
