Abstract
Introduction
Pediatric knee bony morphology evolves rapidly across growth, and normative, age-informed reference values for clinically relevant bony measurements remain limited. Osseous morphology changes substantially with growth, and the need for reference values is amplified by the rising clinical burden of knee injury and ligament reconstruction in youth. Pediatric-specific bony reference values are important for interpreting magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) findings, contextualizing anatomic risk factors across the spectrum of pediatric knee pathology, and surgical planning.
