Abstract
Given the widespread use of off-label medications, the aim of this publication is to summarize and systematize global experience regarding the clinical efficacy of off-label therapy and to evaluate the quality of available evidence. Every effort has been made to ensure the highest standards of patient safety and treatment efficacy when using off-label drugs. A comprehensive search and analysis of the literature on off-label therapy was conducted using a systematic, retrospective approach, incorporating reports, meta-analyses, guidelines, and online resources addressing the use of off-label medications.This publication is intended for physicians, pharmacists, and a broad audience of interested readers.
