Abstract
Objective
To analyze scientific evidence on the effectiveness of interventions used to prevent road traffic accidents and reduce associated risk behaviors, injuries, and mortality, published between 2020 and 2026.
Method
An integrative literature review was conducted using the PubMed/MEDLINE and Virtual Health Library (VHL) databases. Study selection was structured according to the identification, screening, eligibility, and inclusion stages, following PRISMA 2020 recommendations to ensure transparent reporting.
