Abstract
Seborrheic keratosis is a common type of benign tumor of epithelial origin. We present the case of a 76-year-old white male patient from a rural area, with a history of good health, an agricultural worker. He has a lesion in the right temporoparietal region of the scalp. The lesion increased in size and changed in appearance over a 7-month period. Surgical treatment was performed using a double-rotation advancement flap (O-Z) with a modification, and the histological study confirmed the clinical diagnosis. This case is presented due to the rarity of seborrheic keratoses of this size in our region.
