Dupilumab as a Therapeutic Option in Chronic Eustachian Tube Dysfunction and Chronic Rhinosinusitis with Nasal Polyposis: A Case-Based Observation

Abstract
Background
To report the first documented case of complete resolution of refractory dilatory Eustachian tube dysfunction (ETD) following dupilumab treatment in patients with severe chronic rhinosinusitis with nasal polyposis (CRSwNP).
Methods
Four consecutive patients with longstanding refractory dilatory ETD, severe CRSwNP, and asthma, unresponsive to multiple sinus and mastoid surgeries, were treated with dupilumab.
