Dynamics of immunogram in students as an indicator of the body's immediate response to muscular activity

The purpose of the study is to examine the dynamics of immunogram indicators in students under the influence of dosed muscular activity. Research methods and organization. Using the immunophenotyping method with flow cytometry, leukogram and immunogram indicators were determined in students and athletes at rest and after dosed muscular activity of low and moderate intensity, which initiates the development of myogenic lymphocytosis. Parametric and non-parametric statistical methods were used in data processing. Research results and conclusions. The features of the dynamics of phagocytic and NBT activity of neutrophils, as well as the content of the studied CD-subpopulations of lymphocytes presented in the work, indicate significant differences in the response of nonspecific resistance and immunoreactivity indicators in students of the general and sports groups under the influence of muscular work comparable in external parameters and intensity.
