Abstract
Background
Desmopressin (1-deamino-8-D-arginine vasopressin, or DDAVP) is available in Switzerland for the treatment of non-severe haemophilia A and von Willebrand disease.
Objective
To provide practical guidance for the use of desmopressin in patients with non-severe haemophilia A, von Willebrand disease, bleeding disorders of unknown cause and mild platelet function disorders.
