Abstract / Summary
In this paper, we overcome the “computer metaphor” that regards life as a digital computer computing specific algorithms, and, based on the in vivo analog quantum synchronizer (phase synchronizer: Bio-QPU) theory, propose a verifiable integrated model for the determining factors of all 270 types of cell differentiation, cell division and renewal cycles, and the evolutionary mechanism from LUCA (Last Universal Common Ancestor) to eukaryotes (mitochondrial endosymbiosis). Contrary to the causal relationship in conventional evolutionary biology where “cell structure and division limits exist first, determining the function as a result,” this model advocates the hypothesis that “the phase-tuning task requirements of the Bio-QPU—necessary to phase-lock with the environmental waves of the universe and reject internal phase noise while protecting rich waves (LUCA’s Theorem)—reversely determine the cell types (270 types) and division cycles (maintenance periods).” Furthermore, we interpret cell differentiation as “selective decoherence that granulates only specific dimensions without destroying the entire wave packet, maintaining rich background information as waves,” and we interpret the collective synchronization of cardiomyocytes and memory transfer phenomena accompanying heart transplants (cellular memory) as physical imprinting (write-back) into the “primitive triple program structure” via chemical triggers. We also redefine mitochondrial endosymbiosis as the “acquisition of a powerful noise shield and master clock” for system protection.
