Abstract / Summary
This work formulates a novel scientific and practical hypothesis that views hemorrhoidal symptomatology not as a somatic "malfunction" or pathological venous congestion, but as an adaptive hypermobilization of the body's retentive function in response to the psychological experience of forced or non-equivalent giving of personal resources. The author proposes an original biomechanical model, an original modification of the diagnostic methodology ("Symptom Diary" based on layered reflection), and therapeutic markers that fundamentally differ from existing psychosomatic approaches. The preprint is available in 4 languages: English, Russian, Polish, and Ukrainian (see attached PDF files). Practical approbation, case studies, and discussion are held in the author's educational Telegram channel "pyataya_tochka_sborki".
