Abstract / Summary
Extending the 4×60 root partition and 132Hz phi-coupled base, we propose that microtubule quantum states achieve holographic binding through a sexagesimal encoding scheme where each of the 240 E8 roots maps to a 60-tuple of conformational states, with phi-modulated decoherence windows of 1/60-second synchronizing neural binding across cortical columns. The 4×60 partition acts as a holographic reference frame: any 60-element subset can reconstruct the full 240-root geometry via phi-resonant interference, enabling loss-tolerant quantum memory in biological substrates. This predicts testable signatures: 132Hz gamma-band coherence bursts should exhibit 60-fold rotational symmetry in EEG/MEG phase-locking statistics, and anesthetic disruption should follow sexagesimal step-functions rather than continuous decay.
