Abstract / Summary
This deposit contains the complete machine-readable evidence base and analysis code for a systematic review and meta-analysis of NK-1 receptor antagonists(aprepitant, fosaprepitant) added to dual antiemetic prophylaxis based on a 5-HT3 receptor antagonist, with or without dexamethasone, for the prevention of postoperative nausea and vomiting in adults undergoing general anaesthesia(PROSPERO CRD420261526429). Contents: (1) pooled estimates and full statistical output for every outcome;(2) the study-level input datasets; (3) search strategies for all eight sources plus the screening records, decision log and agreement report; (4) the duplicate data-extraction sheet, RoB 2 judgements and a source-location map linking every extracted value to the exact table or figure of its source publication; (5) all R scripts (meta 8.5.0) for the main analysis, eight pre-specified sensitivity analyses, subgroup analyses, small-study effect assessment and the Hartung-Knapp re-analysis; (6) forest plots, funnel plots and the PRISMA 2020 flow diagram; and (7) the published Supplementary S1-S10. The 16 included studies comprise 13 full-text articles and 3 conference abstracts (3,509 participants). All analyses used aggregate data as published; no individual participant data were used or reconstructed.
