Layered Impulse Logic: Informational Signal Regulation in Trisomic Environments (LIL V.5 Public Edition)
By Mindaugas Pipiras.
Abstract
This white paper presents a conceptual framework derived from the Layered Impulse Logic (LIL) paradigm, applying informational signal reasoning to trisomic regulatory environments. It reframes Trisomy 21 not as a structural chromosomal defect, but as a state of amplified regulatory input driven by redundant transcriptional engagement. The work outlines a non-destructive, signal-centric perspective intended for academic discussion and theoretical exploration. The motivation for this publication arises from a personal interest in improving conceptual clarity around trisomic signal regulation and encouraging new research directions in this domain.
