Abstract
Standard accounts of chronic phantom states (such as tinnitus, central pain, and functional hormone resistance) typically assume structural tissue damage, permanent receptor dysfunction, or corrupted memory traces. This paper presents a tissue-agnostic, multi-timescale control-theoretic framework demonstrating that a completely undamaged biological system can enter a permanent pathological "stuck state" purely through the dynamics of its internal control architecture.
