Abstract / Summary
The metastatic cascade remains the primary cause of cancer mortality, yet its governing principles evade classical genetic reductionism. This paper elevates the Adaptive Continuum Plasticity and Niche Dynamics (ACPND) framework by sublimating it into the Universal Rough Operator Algebra (UROA) and the Seonggil Theory of Composite Torsion (STCT).We demonstrate rigorously that the Epithelial-Mesenchymal Transition (EMT) is not a binary switch but a dynamic trajectory on a UROA-roughened epigenetic manifold. Hybrid E/M states are topologically protected by informational friction. Furthermore, the premetastatic niche is definitively redefined as an STCT geometric torsion field induced by the primary tumor, mathematically elevating the ”seed-and-soil” hypothesis to a theorem of macroscopic tensor-geometric resonance.
