Abstract
Background
Menstrual hygiene is a critical aspect of adolescent health that is often neglected due to lack of awareness, cultural taboos, and inadequate education. Poor menstrual hygiene can lead to infections, reproductive health problems, and absenteeism from school. Structured teaching programmes have been proven to enhance knowledge and promote better hygiene practices among adolescent girls.
