DataTools4Heart_Milestone MS18_At least two diagnosis and referral support models for CCS or HF in two different clinical settings

This document serves as the justification for achieving Milestone 18 (MS18), which marks the development of different models for CSS or HF in two different clinical settings. The main objective is to show the scientific output the project has currently generated and illustrate the ongoing work regarding the model development. Ongoing development and validation of the diagnosis and referral support models using the DataTools4Heart FL platform will continue and is detailed in deliverable 7.1 (D7.1).
