Abstract / Summary
This study evaluates the clinical course of cardiac rhythm disturbances and their influence on treatment outcomes in patients with chronic heart failure. The study focuses on the main types of arrhythmias, their clinical manifestations, effects on functional status, and changes observed during treatment. Cardiac rhythm disturbances may worsen symptoms of heart failure, reduce exercise tolerance, and negatively affect hemodynamic stability. Early identification of arrhythmias and selection of an appropriate treatment strategy based on the individual clinical characteristics of patients are important for improving treatment outcomes. Regular electrocardiographic monitoring and clinical follow-up may facilitate early detection of rhythm abnormalities and assessment of therapeutic effectiveness.
