**[Manifestation layer]** The cosmos is a living organism; \(\mathcal{T}^{64}\) is the form of the cosmic living organism. Once the ontological thesis of Yuanxian Theory—“the cosmos is a living organism”—has been established, all mathematical conclusions inside the \(\mathcal{T}^{64}\) ontology are to be re-understood as geometric manifestations of the topological self-inspection of the cosmic living organism. Within the four-layer structure the present paper completes the phase readout of spectral \(\zeta\) and Riemann \(\zeta\). **Core conclusions**- At step 34 the arguments of the two \(\zeta\) functions are \(\theta_{\rm spec}=0\) (R1) and \(\theta_R=\pi\) (R2);- The argument difference at step 34 is \(\pi\) (R3);- The reading ratio at step 34 is \(2.41/1.92\approx1.255\) (R4);- The zero-density ratio approaches the strange-quark location 11 (\(68/6\approx11.33\), R5). **Layer structure**- **Axiom layer** (replaceable): \(\mathrm{Cl}_6(\mathbb{R})\) structure, \(\mathbb{C}^3\) complex directions, 68-step ring, net angle of virtual–real exchange, \(R_{64}\) correspondence, 5% tolerance.- **Law layer**: empty (readings follow directly from axioms and definitions).- **Reading layer**: the five numerical readings R1–R5.- **Interpretation layer** (ontology-layer manifestation): re-reading of \(\zeta_R\), \(\zeta_{\rm spec}\), closed-chain length, \(R_{64}\) variation, 68 truncation and pure-flat spectrum as self-inspection readings of the cosmic living organism. **Boundary statement** The phase readout relies on Axioms A1–A6; A4–A6 are manifestation conventions inside the ontology, not mathematical derivations.
