Abstract / Summary
This dataset contains the data extracted and analyzed for the systematic review “Cerebellar Adverse Effects Following Tremor Surgery: A Systematic Review.” The review evaluates cerebellar adverse effects following surgical treatment of tremor, including deep brain stimulation (DBS), magnetic resonance-guided focused ultrasound (MRgFUS) thalamotomy, radiofrequency thalamotomy, MRI-guided laser interstitial thermal therapy, and Gamma Knife procedures. The dataset includes both individual-level and population-level data extracted from the included publications, with information on study characteristics, patient demographics, tremor diagnosis, surgical procedure and target, stimulation parameters, cerebellar adverse effects, temporal profile, and response to therapeutic modifications. The Excel file contains two worksheets: 1. Data: dataset used for the analyses.2. Data_dictionary: definitions, coding, and units for the variables included in the dataset.All data were derived from previously published studies. No primary patient-identifiable data are included. The systematic review was registered in PROSPERO (CRD420261320066).
