BIDS-SRB Protocol Amendment A08: Remote Native-Linux fMRIPrep Context Restart v1.4
By Build33_Mercury.
Abstract
Post-baseline-engineering, pre-fault amendment A08. Three prior physical no-fault baseline_A launches remain immutable infrastructure-invalid evidence and zero valid baseline/sham observations are admitted. A08 prospectively restarts the complete CTX_FMRIPREP_DS007908 2+2 no-fault context on a provider-neutral native Linux x86_64 Docker host in a nominal 32 GiB or larger memory class, with observed Docker MemTotal >=28 GiB and >=100 GiB free disk. The exact fMRIPrep 25.2.5 image, curvefit multi-echo estimator, frozen input, subject/session, seed 424242, nprocs=1, omp-nthreads=1, TemplateFlow authority, endpoints, pairwise checks, success tripwire, case universe, and N=9 remain unchanged. A08 does not use --low-mem. Metadata-fault execution remains prohibited.
