Abstract
Objective
To evaluate the correlation between preoperative systemic inflammatory markers and postoperative pathological indices in a group of patients who underwent surgery for supratentorial convexity meningiomas.
Methods
Eighty-eight cases served as subjects for this retrospective study. Preoperative systemic inflammatory markers namely neutrophil to lymphocyte ratio (NLR), platelet to lymphocyte ratio (PLR) and lymphocyte to monocyte ratio (LMR), and postoperative pathological indices namely Ki-67 labeling index, progesterone receptor (PR), and mitotic activity were obtained from the electronic database.
